中文部主要提供外藉人士中文及台語的學習課程，配合由南華語文精心編制的全套教材，教學旨在建立學生良好的發音基礎、口語及聽讀能力。

課程內容包括初階入門到高階新聞選讀、商業會話、小說文選等，滿足各種程度學生的需求。

另也特別為本國籍人士開設正音課程，指導與修正國人的發音，從成人到兒童都是我們授課的對像，幫助您正確的了解發音的結構及方法。

Our curriculum covers all levels of language ability, from that of the complete beginner to that of the student conducting post-doctoral research.  Language texts are written especially with the non-native learner Chinese in mind, and are frequently updated.  At all levels of instruction a comprehensive approach is stressed in the teaching of the four essential language skills - Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.

教材：
為了滿足外籍學習者對教材的需求，本班教材編研中心秉持著五大原則：主題性、實用性、系統性、科學性及豐富性編輯了各種版本、各種類型的教材，為不同領域及國籍背景學生，量身打造專屬教材。

本班教材自編教材繁體、漢語拼音及注音符號並列，並提供英、日語對譯。針對不同領域學生提供了生活、商業、文化、新聞、宗教等內容，提供最大的學習效能及便捷性。

Textbook:

To fulfill foreigners’ need for teaching materials, Nanhua Language has upheld five principles: Thematic, Practical, Systemic, Scientific, and Comprehensive; with these principles, the department has developed all kinds of teaching materials that tailored for students from different countries and backgrounds.  Nanhua's  teaching materials are filled in with traditional and Pinyin and Phonetic. The basic teaching materials are translated into English, Japanese; they provide students from different fields with topics including daily life, business, culture, news, and religion, providing the students with optimized efficiency and convenience.
